You’re not too much.
Wanting to be heard, cared for and close is a normal part of a relationship. It isn’t asking for too much.
About Reconnected
Reconnected exists for women who love their partner, feel unseen anyway, and are done being told to say it nicer.

Where it started
So they tried. They waited for the right moment. They used the calm voice. They chose every word with care.
But the same conversation kept ending the same way. And slowly, many of them started to believe the problem was them.
What we found
Every talk that got cut off, brushed away or ended in silence doesn’t disappear. It stays. It piles up.
So when you bring up one small thing, he doesn’t hear one small thing. He hears all of them at once. We call that The Pile.
Softer words can’t get through it. Clearing it can, one small thing at a time.

What we believe
Wanting to be heard, cared for and close is a normal part of a relationship. It isn’t asking for too much.
Most men who shut down aren’t cruel. They’re protecting themselves. We explain why, without making him the bad guy.
Asking him for something is a real question he’s allowed to answer. A clear answer is worth more than another “sure, fine.”
About ten minutes a day. One small thing at a time. Change you can feel in ordinary evenings, not in theory.
What we say no to

What we want for you
To finally be heard. Not louder. Not nicer. Just heard.
And if he still won’t hear you, you’ll finally know why.
Reconnected is an educational program. It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t made for relationships with violence, threats or control. If you’re afraid of your partner, please reach out for help first: in the US, call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788. In danger right now? Call 911.
Take the 3-minute quiz. He doesn’t need to take part.
